1. Kocok margarin dan gula pasir hingga lembut.</div>

3. Masukkan terigu sdikit demi sedikit diselingi dengan susu cair, kocok hingga rata dan terigu habis.</div>

4. Ambil 1/4 adonan, di mangkok terpisah, tuang pasta green tea dan aduk rata</div>

Kemaren baca resep kukis ini di majalah Kartini, jadi ke pasar deh nyari-nyari cetakannya. Ternyata ga susah nyarinya, ketemulah si cetakannya. Nah, ga perlu waktu lama si cetakan ngendap di lemari..hehheehe..mumpung lagi rajin, yukk kita ke dapur.</div>

Bahan kulit tetap menggunakan resep yang biasa aja, hanya beda bentuk aja. Banyak juga yang nanya itu si selai ga kering atau gosong ketika dipanggang? Ga tuh...hanya dijaga api dan panasnya oven, jangan terlalu panas agar si selai ga kering dan hilang juicynya.<br />

Resepnya simple saja, ini dia:<br />

750 gr tepung terigu serbaguna<br />
50 gr susu bubuk<br />
350 gr margarin<br />
150 gr butter<br />
4 btr kuning telur<br />
sejumput garam<br />
selai nenas<br />

Cara Membuatnya:<br />

1. Kocok margarin dan butter sampai lembut, jangan terlalu lama.<br />
2. Masukkan kuning telur satu per satu, kocok rata.<br />
3. Matikan mixer, masukkan terigu sedikit demi sedikt, aduk rata dengan spatula, lakukan sampai tepung habis.<br />
4. Gilas adonan, cetak dengan cetakan nastar, letakkan selai nenas yang sudah dipulung di atas kulit.<br />
5. Panggang di oven yang bersuhu 150 derajat celcius selama 45 menit atau sampai matang.<br />

Setelah tanggal 16 Agustus kemaren sudah tiup lilin hanya berempat saja, nah tanggal 18 malam diadakan syukuran kemerdekaan sekaligus juga dengan perayaan ultah Papa. Dan lucunya baru tahu juga bahwa ada 2 orang rekan kerja si Bapak yang ulang tahunnya berdekatan, jadinya berurutan tuh ceritanya tanggal 16, 17 dan 18.<br />

Dari awal mau buat cake ultah yang simple aja, ga pake ribet, karena tinggal di daerah yang jauh dari kota, jadinya pake bahan yang ada aja, yang pas Black Forest deh.<br />
<br />
Base cakenya hanya cake coklat yang sudah saya modifikasi sendiri resepnya. Ini dia...<br />
<br />
Bahan:<br />
<br />
12 btr kuning telur<br />
9 btr putih telur<br />
500 gr margarin<br />
380 gr gula pasir<br />
300 gr terigu serbaguna<br />
100 gr coklat bubuk<br />
90 gr susu putih bubuk<br />
<br />
<br />
Cara membuat:<br />
<br />
1. Kocok gula pasir dan margarin sampai putih dan lembut.<br />
2. Masukkan kuning telur dan putih telur satu persatu sampai habis, kocok rata.<br />
3. Rendahkan speed mixer, masukkan campuran terigu, coklat bubuk dan susu sedikit demi sedikit sampai habis. Kocok sampai rata.<br />
5. Tuang ke dalam loyang, panggang dengan api 180 derajat selama 30-45 menit atau sampai matang.<br />
6. Keluarkan dari loyang, biarkan cake sampai dingin, belah dua, oles dengan butter cream dan selai blueberri merata dan hias dengan sisa butter cream dan coklat pagar.<br />

Bahan:<br />

250 gr tepung ketan putih<br />
150 gr labu kuning, kukus, haluskan<br />
1/2 sdt garam<br />
1 sdt gula pasir<br />
minyak makan secukupnya<br />
<br />
Isi:<br />
<br />
125 ml santan kental<br />
100 gr gula pasir<br />
3 sdt tepung terigu<br />
1/2 sdt garam<br />
1 btr telur<br />
<br />
Cara Membuat:<br />
<br />
1. Campur tepung ketan, labu kuning, gula pasir dan garam, aduk rata, masukkan minyak makan secukupnya (saya kurang lebih 4 sdm), aduk2 kalo masih kering bisa tambahkan air matang atau santan kental sampai adonan bisa dipulung2.<br />
<br />
2. Isian: aduk rata gula pasir dan santan, masukkan telur, kocok rata, masukkan terigu dan garam, tuang ke dalam panci, masak sampai adonan matang dan mengental dan bisa disendoki.<br />
<br />
3. Ambil adonan, taruh isian di dalamnya. Letakkan di atas daun pisang, bungkus seperti amplop. Lakukan sampai adonan habis.<br />
<br />
4. Kukus dalam dandang kurleb 15-30 menit.<br />

Wahhh, kebetulan sekali udah lama pengin buat gulai gundur, salah satu masakan khas dari tanah kelahiran yaitu Tanah Karo.</div>

1. Siapkan cetakan bolu sakura, semir dengan margarin. (saya pakai cetakan putu ayu).</div>

2. Panaskan kukusan dengan tutupnya dilapisi dengan kain/lap agar uap air tidak menetes ke adonan.</div>

3. Masak 125 gr gula pasir hingga menjadi karamel, masak dengan api kecil. Tuang air, jangan diaduk, biarkan mendidih, angkat dan sisihkan.</div>

4. Kocok telur dan sisa gula pasir dengan mixer kecepatan tinggi hingga kental dan mengembang. Tuangi gula karamel sambil dikocok dengan mixer kecepatan rendah sampai rata.</div>

2. Kocok gula pasir dan telur sampai kental dan mengembang dengan mixer kecepatan tinggi.</div>

4. Rendahkan kecepatan mixer, masukkan terigu, baking powder, garam, susu cair dan coklat bubuk, kocok sebentar saja sampai tepung tercampur rata.</div>

Cara Membuat:</div>

1. Campur agar-agar, susu, labu kuning dan gula pasir.</div>

2. Rebus di atas api hingga mendidih.</div>

3. Ambil 3 sendok sayur adonan, tambahkan pasta coklat, aduk rata.</div>

4. Tuang adonan coklat ke dasar cetakan puding, biarkan setengah dingin dan mengeras.</div>
